With Utah’s ban on same sex marriages being lifted (through a ruling of a Federal Court Judge) Rev. Christopher has been able to perform legally recognized weddings for LGBT couples as a gay wedding officiant. This is a historic moment in time for Utah, with ALL of it’s citizens finally treated equally, by law, and enjoying the many benefits and protections that come with that vital piece of paper, their marriage license.
Rev. Christopher was on site in Salt Lake, Davis and Weber Counties to officiate weddings since the ruling was made and until it was “stayed”; he donated his time and performed 92 wedding ceremonies for very happy couples.
